A 4 person apartment situated in Tignes Le Lac on the fourth floor of the Nouvelles residence. Superb views of the dam to the left and the Tignes lake on the right from the south facing balcony, which gets the sun for most of the day. Easy access to the shops with the slopes only a 2 minute walk away.As you come in the door there is a fitted cupboard for coats as well as a stand alone wardrobe . The opposite side is a tiled bathroom which has a bath/shower and hand basin and in the next room there is a separate toilet. Through the hall is a very light sitting room with fantastic views of the slopes. The room has further storage cupboards, a table and four chairs and two single beds (which can either be used as a double or two singles). These can also be used as a comfortable sofa as there are further beds upstairs. There is a door opening onto an ample balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The small well equipped kitchen is perfect for four people and has a 2 ring electric hob, an eye level oven/grill, fridge and dishwasher. The draws are full of all the utensils and crockery that you will need for your stay.Upstairs there is a comfortable sleeping area which has a double bed and a double sofa bed which can be used as another bed to increase the sleeping numbers to 6, or will give four people a bed each. There is a ski locker on the ground floor where the apartment has its own high security locker for skis and boots.
