Hello ​
I am April. ​ I am based in Tignes, this winter whilst I work towards becoming a snowboard instructor. ​ I have appointments available daily, please get in touch to arrange a Sports Massage, Chinese Acupressure (Dry Needling), Cupping Therapy or Indian Head Massage session. I can concentrate on one therapy or you can have a combination of Sports Massage and Dry Needling for instance. ​ I can work on a specific injury or problem area or the whole body.

After a hard day on the slopes how about a head, neck and shoulder massage in combination of calf and foot massage ready to hit the mountains feeling rejuvinated & refreshed. ​ I have over 15 years of experience massaging and treating clients. I have an holistic approach and look at the body as a whole as everything is inter-connected, this comes from studying Osteopathic techniques and principles. ​

I am a level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, and have studied Medical Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy and Indian Head Massage. ​ I am a member of the Sports Therapy Association (the STA). ​ Should you require an appointment within 48 hours please call for availability. ​ On "Whiteout" snowy weather days, more appointments will be available, please call to book so you can make the most of the following "Bluebird" sunshine & fresh powder day to follow. ​

In Chalet appointments and group bookings are available, please call for availability, it is best to book in advance of your holiday to avoid disappointment. ​ I look forward to meeting you soon in the mountains.
