Our Curling apartment 43 is situated in the heart of Val Claret, with restaurants and shops on the doorstep, and just 150 metres from the Tuffs chairlift. The apartment is spacious with one bedroom and bunk beds in the corridor. It is warm and welcoming and a great choice for families and small groups in a popular area of Tignes 2100.
Apartment location
The Curling A3 building is right next to the shops, bakeries, restaurants and many other facilities that Val Claret has to offer. It is located 100 metres from the meeting point of the ski schools, and the piste next to the Tuffs lift also allows quick and easy access down to the Funicular, Bollin, Fresse and Tichot chairlifts.
Apartment Description
The apartment is on the 4th floor and can be accessed by an elevator lift or by using the stairs. It is a 42m2 one bedroom apartment with a good size kitchen and an open plan living and dining area with lovely views over the mountains. There is a balcony off the living area which enjoys the sun for the majority of the day. The bunk beds are in the corridor which leads to the double bedroom, and the bathroom and separate WC are also off the side of the corridor.
Apartment Amenities
The kitchen has a full size integrated oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, cafetière and it is well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans for a self catered stay. In the living area there is a flat screen TV with French terrestrial channels. The TV has HDMI connections if you would like to plug other devices in to the television.
For sleeping arrangements the apartment can comfortably sleep 4 adults, although there are enough beds for a family of 6 people including children. The double bedroom has plenty of wardrobe storage space, and the bunk beds in the corridor that can be folded up when not in use. A ladder is in place to access the top bunk bed with a barrier along the top bed for safety (please note that children under 6 years of age are not permitted to use the top bunk bed). For families with young children or for those who do not wish to share a double bed, there is also a sofa bed in the living area.
The bathroom has a large vanity unit, full sized bath and a wall mounted shower fitting. There is a separate WC next to the bathroom with storage cupboard.
We have a ski locker on the ground floor of the building by the elevator lift, we kindly ask that you use this locker to store your skis and that you also remove your ski boots before going up to the apartment.
Our apartment comes with bed linen, a bath mat and a tea towel included in the price, if you would like towels you can hire them for 5€ each.
This apartment is STRICTLY a non-smoking apartment.
