Our Nouvelles Residence apartment is located in Tignes le lac, just 1-2 minutes walk from the Maison de Tignes Tourist Office and the main snow front, shops, bars and restaurants and ski lifts. It benefits from fantastic views across Tignes and down the valley towards the lac de Chevril.

Apartment Description
The downstairs living and dining area is light and bright and has a compact but well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and plenty of crockery and cutlery for your self-catering holiday. There is a folding leaf dining table with plenty of room to seat 3 guests, or you can also fold the table away when not in use. The sofa bed can be split in to two single beds or pushed together to make a double. The bathroom has a bath with wall mounted shower unit, wash basin and vanity unit. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. The apartment has a mezzanine level with a double bedroom, with plenty of storage. Please note that the ceiling height is lower than normal on the mezzanine level due to it being in the eves of the building. The South East facing balcony has lovely views across Tignes. There is a ski locker located on the ground floor of the building, accessed via a separate external door. Please note that this apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator lift in the building.

The apartment is strictly no smoking.

Bed linen is included, towels aren't included but they can be hired from us in resort.
