We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the apartment to people wanting to ski in Tignes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a proper oven and 4 ring induction hob, everything felt new and clean. The location is unbeatable in terms of access to the slopes and it’s very handy to have allocated underground parking. We were 4 adults and there was plenty of space; for 6 adults it would be a squeeze but do-able (and exceptionally good value!). We would love to return and stay here again, thank you Sarah and Clare.

Thank you for all your help and advice, we have just returned from a wonderful week's holiday. The apartment was as described, well equipped and in an excellent location. The two minor issues we were going to report were picked up by the 'handy man' who called Friday. He called to fix a number of things we hadn't even noticed!
We really appreciated having five single beds prepared and lift passes ready and waiting. We followed your advise in using Mountain Rides and Tignes Spirit Rentals, receiving excellent service from both. We first visited Tignes nearly 40 years ago, after many visits in-between, I can say this was most trouble free and relaxed holiday we have had.Thank you again for all your help and advise. You could not really ask for a better location both Tignes itself and also the apartment which is just in an amazing tiny walk (or ski) to the Maison. You could not get much closer to be honest. The apartment itself needs updating in every room. There is only 1 toilet in the apartment so be aware of this should you be booking for a large group as this can be annoying at times. The wrap around balcony give some spectacular views of the area and on the 5th floor it clears the buildings around you so your view is unobstructed. We had great communications both before and during the stay and I would be very happy to recommend Sarah & Clare as hosts. They were very helpful with regards organising ski lessons, lift passes and ski hire for our stay along with discounts which was great. Thanks for letting us stay at the apartment and wishing you best of luck in the future.

Clare has everything well organizated and answer al of our questions The apartment is perfect located next to bus stop, supermarket,ski rentals, forfait store and two bars and cafés. In just 2 minutes you arrive to Le Lac center by bus or 10 min by pedestrian walk. The flat has everything you need for cooking, little fridge. The balcony and the view are amazing. We booked our transfer, accommodation (in this lovely little flat) and ski hire through Clare and her partner companies. Everything ran very smoothly from pick up at airport, to the ski hire, to being dropped off and collected from the flat. The flat is lovely inside and feels very homley. The kitchen has all the mod cons needed with a big fridge freezer and a dishwasher. There is ample space for 8 people to sit and eat aswell as plenty of crockery. Upstairs the beds are very comfortable, plenty of place for storage and hanging up jackets. Also a very useful boot room for skis and boards. We travelled in a party of 6 and if we were coming back to Tignes would look to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Our week's stay at Tignes Val Claret and at Les Hauts was great fun. We loved being able to ski back to the Apt door step and being so close to the Tuffs chairlift to start off on our day's skiing (it was so tough!!). Your colleagues at Tignes Spirit were very helpful too with our ski and boot hire and their collection service at the end of the week was a great help being as they are based in Tignes Lavachet. Also we valued the service you provided with getting our lift passes for us so they were waiting for our arrival in Les Hauts. Not having to queue for ages to gain entry to the apartment after a protracted journey was a godsend and the keycode entry system worked a treat.

Brilliant, thanks Clare, I have been trying to find a way for my partner and I to get to Tignes on a modest budget. Very glad I was able to get a lovely little apartment, and great value for money with your various discounted in-resort offers - We are now very excited to be coming! I was close to booking a ski package for around 30% more, with inferior accommodation and ski hire. I won't be doing this again, in future I'll be sure to book direct through you. Great prices, and great service. I will spread the word!

Having just returned from the Royal Navy Ski Championships, late last night, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, on behalf of my family and friends for a most enjoyable stay. We could not have wished for a more suitable, well placed, ski in, ski out, residence, providing us with the space, comfort and accessibility required for a party of eight. The facilities were plentiful; the locals very accommodating and everything well within walking/Skiing distance. Your directions to the apartment were easy to follow, and the “Key Safe” a very simple, yet very effective way to manage access to and from.
We do plan to re-visit Tignes in the future and when we do would love to contact you for our accommodation requirements should accommodation be available. We enjoyed reading through all the positive comments in your guest book and have added some of our own.
Take care and once again thankyou for your help and support when we were both in UK and when in Tignes .

Just a quick line to thank you for your help in arranging a brilliant holiday. When we got in the apartment and it was warm (hurrah) and clean (double hurrah) with such great views. It was lovely for the little ones to watch the piste machines at night (my little daughter thought they were stars because they were so high.) Apologies for my window cleaning abilities. Little fingerprints as they reached up to look at the machines proved tough to remove, but I hope it was ok. Finally, the ability to just be able to walk out and put their skis on saved on tantrums. Everyone was really friendly.

Just a quick note to give you some feedback.
This has proved a very useful and helpful website for me thank you particularly as I had never been to this resort before.
First, we booked Ultimate Snowsports through your website for (quite a lot actually of) lessons and they were a good bunch of blokes. Very good to deal with and very good instructors. They should cause you no difficulties or embarrassments at all and can be safely and confidently recommended. They made a cock up of one of our bookings, which I guess happens from time to time, and what was most impressive to me, given that it could not be undone, was that they all dealt with it promptly ,courteously, properly and professionally and made sure everything was more than put right with no fuss. You cannot really ask for more than that when something goes wrong (particularly at height of season when they are stretched) so they are to be applauded for it. I made sure they were adequately appreciated ! A good organisation. I have written separately to them thanking them.
Secondly, although i found accommodation elsewhere i did pass on details of one property on your site to the family that came with us who booked it. That was fine too and ,comparatively, not unreasonably priced.
Thirdly, I also booked equipment hire through the website and I have to say that was all dealt with well too and good equipment. I am just checking bank statements etc to make sure everything was done properly and then I shall write to them also thanking them.
So well done and thanks again.

Just let you know everything went really well last week in Tignes. The apartment was fantastic; Sarah was very helpful with local tips and stuff. And the weather was great for the most part, so all good.
Please let David know we looked well after the apartment, felt like as if it was home - the skiing in and out really is a triumph. Great stuff all round. Thank you for your help too.
Don't know whether I'll go skiing again this winter but I'll keep you guys in mind if things work out!
