This 17m studio has been extensively refurbished by new owners for winter 2007/08. It is located in an excellent spot adjacent to the main car park in Val Claret - 100m from the nearest chairlift and within 5 minutes walk of the funicular to the Grande Motte glacier and the lifts connecting directly to Val D’Isere. It is usually possible to ski back to within 2 minutes of the front door. Ski and board hire is adjacent, a supermarket is within 100m and the bars and restaurants of Val Claret centre are under 5 minutes walk, as is the ski school meeting place. The bus to Tignes le Lac stops right outside the studio.

Situated on the 3rd floor, there are fantastic mountain views towards the glacier from the sunny south west facing balcony. The studio sleeps up to 4 with bunk beds in the hall and a comfortable sofa - which converts to either 2 single beds or a large double - in the living area. A curtain separates the living area and hall and ensures some privacy.

The studio is newly modernised, with laminate flooring and a wood/silver décor throughout. The dining suite seats four and the brightly tiled kitchen area features all new appliances (2 hotplates, fridge and microwave) and is also fully equipped with brand new crockery and utensils for winter 2007. There is a CD player for musical entertainment.

The bathroom has been fully tiled as part of the refurbishment and features a shower, washbasin, wc and modern chrome/glass fittings.

There is a wardrobe in the hall, adjacent to the bunks, and the studio has a Ski locker on the ground floor for the storage of snowsports kit.

The studio is a no smoking property for the comfort of future guests.
