This 25m2 apartment is perfectly situated at the foot of the piste in the village of Val Claret, surrounded by ski slopes, ideal for ski in ski out.

Positioned on the third floor the south-facing balcony has tremendous views up to the glacier and over the ski slopes, probably one of the best views in Tignes as in the photo. It is at the foot of the Bolin lift, which is one of the two free ski lifts in Tignes. If it is a ski in ski out location you require, look no further.

The apartment sleeps 5 – a bunk bed and drop down bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment has a TV, playstation 2, DVD player and freesat. There is also a selection of DVD’s, games and music CD’s.

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, fridge, 4 electric hobs, oven/grill, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The bathroom contains a full size bath with a shower over, a sink with storage underneath and the toilet is separate.

There is a ski locker with the apartment and is situated on the ground floor, adjacent to the lift.

The apartment is south facing and has the sun most of the day. There are shops and restaurants in the square leading from the apartment. This is in a quiet location during the evening and only 200 metres away from the centre of the village where you will find further restaurants, bars, shops, ski hire outlets and ski schools.

Bedding is provided with the beds being made up for your arrival, so those late arrivals can fall into bed after a long journey. Towels, tea towels, washing up items provided and condiments are also provided for your convenience.
