The Moutiere B1 building is situated just 50 metres away from the bustle of the upper high street of Val Claret where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as local services such as a lift pass office, post office, pharmacy and medical centre. The nearest snow front and piste is just 250 metres away. From here you can meet the local ski schools and take the high speed Tuffs chairlift which also links to Val d’Isere.

 
There is a large Public car par 'Parking du Golf' just opposite the apartment building. You can also take the public elevator lift in the centre of the commercial area (100 metres away) to take you down to the lower part of Val claret where you can meet the free shuttle bus that runs round resort 24 hours a day in Winter and during the day in the Summer.

Apartment Description
The apartment is 45m2 and is accessed by elevator lift. It is a very good size for a family or group of four people. As you enter the apartment there is a spacious entrance area which also includes a desk and work area, ideal if you need to work whilst staying in our apartment. On the right hand side is the large, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is very modern with white gloss units. It is very well equipped including a washing machine, dishwasher, full size integrated oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment for a self catered stay. There is a dining table and chairs next to the kitchen then in the living area is an L-shaped double sofa bed. There is a flat screen TV and wifi is available in the apartment. The south facing balcony off the living room looks out over Val Claret and up to the surrounding mountains.

The double bedroom has lovely views over the rest of Tignes and the lake, and there is plenty of storage in this room too.

There is a separate bathroom with bath, wall mounted shower attachment and wash basin. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. 

There is a ski locker on the ground floor of the apartment which we kindly ask that you use for your skis and do not take them up to the apartment. Please do not where ski boots inside the apartment.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

Bed linen is included in the price. If you would like towels they can be hired from us for 5€ each.

 

Booking Process 2022 / 2023 Season
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking and then the balance payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. Deposit payments can be made by Debit or Credit card. There is no charge for using cards.
