Les Cimes
Our studio apartment in Residences Les Cimes is in a perfect location in the heart of Tignes le lac. The apartment boasts uninterrupted views across the lake and surrounding mountains. The Combe Folle button lift is 50m away, the Palafour chairlift is just 100 metres away, and the Toviere Gondola is 200 metres away. It is an ideal apartment for a couple, or a family or group of up to 4 people.
Apartment location
There are two supermarkets within 200 metres of the apartment, and there are also plenty of shops for equipment hire, clothes and gift shopping. The street on which the building is located, Rue de La Poste, offers several restaurants and bars. The post office is across the road, and the commercial gallery offers cafes, the medical centre, a physiotherapist clinic and a launderette. The Lagon pool, gym and wellness centre can be easily accessed through the commercial gallery at the bottom of the building, as can the sport centre, 'Tignespace'
Apartment Description
The apartment is located on the 6th floor (top floor) of the Cimes building, accessible by elevator lift up to the 5th floor, then you take the stairs from the 5th to 6th floor. It is a very bright studio with windows across the width of the room, making the most of the fantastic views across Tignes.
Apartment Amenities
As you walk in to the apartment there is a good size bathroom on the right hand side with bath and shower attachment, wash basin with vanity unit, and toilet. There is a wardrobe in the corridor along with the fold away bunk beds. The corridor then leads through into the spacious and open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for a self catering holiday for 4 people with all the appliances, crockery, and cooking equipment that you will need. There is a dining table to sit 4 people comfortably for dinner. For couples there is a sofa bed in the living area. The television receives French terrestrial channels as well as some international channels.
Please note, there is not a ski locker in the building, but there is a designated area to put skis and snowboards in the bathroom of the apartment. We kindly ask that you remove your ski boots before going in to the apartment.
The apartment is strictly no smoking.
We include linen with the price, if you need towels you can hire them from us for 5€ per towel (please let us know in advance).
