Apartment Location
The Sabaudia apartment block is situated in Tignes Le Lac at the side of the Lake. It’s just a few minutes walk from the main lift area of Le Lac where you’ll find the Palafour and Chaudannes chairlifts, giving you access to Les Boisses and Les Brevieres, and the Aeroski gondola which takes you in the direction of La Daille and Val D’Isere. There is a bus stop a few metres away providing easy access to the other areas of the resort.
Apartment Description
Apartment B6 is on the lower ground floor of the block and is the only apartment on that level. This gives the advantage of having easy access to the terrace, without having to carry your skis and snowboards up and down stairs every day. A number coded lock is on the balcony door so there’s no need for a key to access, making it nice and simple for a large group to come and go. There are two rooms to the apartment, one on the left side of the corridor which is a double bedroom, and the main living, kitchen and bathroom are on the right hand side of the corridor. The kitchen is open plan and the dining area takes full advantage of the fantastic view over the lake. The apartment is recently renovated and has a few Moroccan touches throughout, inspired by the owner’s travels.
Apartment Amenities
A fantastic feature of this apartment is the Jacuzzi on the terrace, this can be enjoyed snow or shine as it’s sheltered and there are outdoor heaters for that extra bit of warmth. You could even get the barbeque on the go when the weather’s a little milder. Inside, the kitchen has a dishwasher, a full size oven, four electric hobs, a microwave, a fridge and a kettle. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. There is also a toilet and small washbasin in the separate double bedroom. For entertainment there’s a large flat screen TV, DVD player, Radio/CD player and a free, private WiFi connection. The apartment can accommodate six people in total with a double bed, a set of fold down bunk beds and a double pull out sofa bed. For added convenience it is possible to park your car directly outside the apartment block, but please be aware that spaces are limited and if it has snowed then you will need to clear a space (a large shovel is kept in the ski locker on the terrace).
Bed linen is provided with this apartment, and towels are available to hire from us in resort. Please note: All our apartments are non-smoking.
