Apartment Location
Hameaux du Borsat 3 is situated on the southern side of Val Claret, close to the Grande Motte Funicular. The nearest piste is just across the road where you can access the Tuffs high-speed chair lift, or ski and board down to the 5 other main lifts of Val Claret. At the end of the day, it is also possible to ski virtually to your door. There are a couple of shops right next to the block, but a short walk brings you to the shopping centre of Val Claret where you’ll find bars, restaurants and the main supermarket.

Apartment Description
The apartment is situated on the ground floor at the end of the corridor. On entering the apartment you will find a large bathroom to your right, a good sized kitchen straight ahead, and a separate bedroom to your left with a set of bunk beds in. The main living area includes a sofa bed that makes 2 single beds, or it can be pushed together to make a double. There is also a dining table in this area. Off to the side of the lounge is the second bedroom, also with a sofa bed similar to the one in the living area. The balcony looks up towards the Grand Balme.

Apartment Amenities The kitchen has a small oven/grill, 4 electric hobs, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge and a dishwasher. In the bathroom there is a full sized bath with wall mounted shower fitting, a large basin, a toilet and a heated towel rail. The living area gives you a great variety of entertainment, including a TV/DVD player with DVDs provided, a radio/CD player, a Playstation 2, and free, private WiFi. There is a TV in the bedroom for use with the games console. There are 2 wardrobe units for storage.

Bed linen is provided with this apartment, and towels are available to hire from us in resort.
