Just wanted to drop an email to say thanks again to yourself, Steve, Sarah et al, for a great holiday. We've just arrived back in rainy Glasgow with fond memories of a fantastic week of boarding in Tignes. The Grand Platieres apartment was everything we had hoped for, and in a great location too.
I would highly recommend Tignes.co.uk and will definitely use you again in the future.

Having just returned from the Royal Navy Ski Championships, late last night, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, on behalf of my family and friends for a most enjoyable stay. We could not have wished for a more suitable, well placed, ski in, ski out, residence, providing us with the space, comfort and accessibility required for a party of eight. The facilities were plentiful; the locals very accommodating and everything well within walking/Skiing distance. Your directions to the apartment were easy to follow, and the “Key Safe” a very simple, yet very effective way to manage access to and from.
We do plan to re-visit Tignes in the future and when we do would love to contact you for our accommodation requirements should accommodation be available. We enjoyed reading through all the positive comments in your guest book and have added some of our own.
Take care and once again thankyou for your help and support when we were both in UK and when in Tignes .

Just a quick line to thank you for your help in arranging a brilliant holiday. When we got in the apartment and it was warm (hurrah) and clean (double hurrah) with such great views. It was lovely for the little ones to watch the piste machines at night (my little daughter thought they were stars because they were so high.) Apologies for my window cleaning abilities. Little fingerprints as they reached up to look at the machines proved tough to remove, but I hope it was ok. Finally, the ability to just be able to walk out and put their skis on saved on tantrums. Everyone was really friendly.

Just a quick note to give you some feedback.
This has proved a very useful and helpful website for me thank you particularly as I had never been to this resort before.
First, we booked Ultimate Snowsports through your website for (quite a lot actually of) lessons and they were a good bunch of blokes. Very good to deal with and very good instructors. They should cause you no difficulties or embarrassments at all and can be safely and confidently recommended. They made a cock up of one of our bookings, which I guess happens from time to time, and what was most impressive to me, given that it could not be undone, was that they all dealt with it promptly ,courteously, properly and professionally and made sure everything was more than put right with no fuss. You cannot really ask for more than that when something goes wrong (particularly at height of season when they are stretched) so they are to be applauded for it. I made sure they were adequately appreciated ! A good organisation. I have written separately to them thanking them.
Secondly, although i found accommodation elsewhere i did pass on details of one property on your site to the family that came with us who booked it. That was fine too and ,comparatively, not unreasonably priced.
Thirdly, I also booked equipment hire through the website and I have to say that was all dealt with well too and good equipment. I am just checking bank statements etc to make sure everything was done properly and then I shall write to them also thanking them.

Hi Clare,
Just let you know everything went really well last week in Tignes. The apartment was fantastic; Sarah was very helpful with local tips and stuff. And the weather was great for the most part, so all good.
Please let David know we looked well after the apartment, felt like as if it was home - the skiing in and out really is a triumph. Great stuff all round. Thank you for your help too.
Don't know whether I'll go skiing again this winter but I'll keep you guys in mind if things work out!

I would like to say that you've been great to deal with and your website is by far the best I've come across in terms of accessibility, useful information and quantity of properties. The prices also generally seem to be far more realistic than some of the other big agencies (who I abandoned some time ago!)

I would have no hesitation in using you again or recommending you to friends. In fact I have some friends who are looking at Tignes a bit later in the season and I'll make sure they're aware of you.

The staff and company were excellent and our three teenagers were delighted with the wide range of ages and company that were staying in the chalet. Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay in Tignes and in particular to let you know how fantastic I thought the staff were. They really made the holiday as they were relaxed, helpful and approachable. They even remembered what we'd been planning to do when we returned at the end of the day! It felt like nothing was too much trouble, and made my 5 year old early meals if she wanted them as she was shattered by the evening. Ive attached a photo of the lovely Hayley and Kate with our little girl. All the staff made a great team together. Please thank them from us.
There was a lovely atmosphere and as you are not there all the time I thought some feedback might be nice.
When are you going to open for the summer season?!
