The apartment is ideally situated in the centre of Val Claret at 2300M above sea level within the Le Slalom building.

It is 150 ~ 200m from the Tufs ski lift and ski school meeting place with skiing back to within 50m of the apartment at the end of the day.  All amenities are close to hand; supermarket, lift pass office and information centre, ski hire, undercover parking, supermarket, shops and restaurants are all within 100m of the apartment - everything needed for a great snow sports holiday in one of the world’s top ski areas.

The apartment is on the 7th floor and has fantastic views over the lake to Tignes le Lac from the lounge and balcony. It is 27 square metres and sleeps 4 with fold down bunk beds in the hall area and a comfortable sofa in the lounge converting to a large double bed.  A door separates the lounge and hall area.

The apartment has been completely redecorated including new carpets, curtains and furniture.

In the lounge is a 22” HDTV, HDDVD player, Nintendo game cube with games, coffee table and dining area with traditional pine table and chairs.  The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring electric hob, convection oven/microwave/combination oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment.  There is plenty of crockery etc for a party of 4.

The bathroom is modern and fully tiled.  It has a bath with thermostatic shower, heated towel rail, large mirror, large sink and plenty of shelving and storage space.

There is a large wardrobe and chest of drawers in the lounge and an additional cupboard and storage space in the hall area.  The apartment has a large new ski locker on the ground floor for storage of skis and boots.

The apartment is a no smoking and no pets property for the comfort of future guests.
