ideally situated in the centre of Val Claret 200m from the ski
lifts and ski school meeting place with skiing back to within 50m
of the apartment at the end of the day. All amenities are close
to hand, supermarket, lift pass office, ski hire, undercover
parking, shops and restaurants are all within 100m of the
apartment.
Situated on the 3rd
floor, it enjoys fantastic views over the lake to Tignes le lac
from the lounge and balcony. It is 26 square metres and sleeps 4
with bunk beds in the hall area and a comfortable sofa in the
lounge converting to either 2 single beds or a large double. A
sliding door separates the lounge and hall area.
Also in the lounge
is TV, coffee table and dining area with traditional pine table
and bench seating. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring electric
hob, microwave/grill/oven, dishwasher and fridge. There is plenty
of crockery etc for a party of 4.
The bathroom is
modern and fully tiled. It has a bath with shower over, heated
towel rail, large mirror over glass wash bowl and plenty of
shelving and storage space. There is also a wardrobe in the
lounge and additional storage space in the hall area. The
apartment has a ski locker on the ground floor for storage of skis
and boots.
This
accommodation is sold on a Wednesday to Wednesday basis. This
means you can either have it for the full Wed to Wed or you can
hire it for a long weekend if you wish, e.g. Thurs to Tues or Fri
to Sun (note: price is the same regardless how many days you use).
This enables you to link to cheaper flights, helps you avoid
Saturday traffic, & allows you to be on the mountain on
Saturday - the quietest day of the week. |
