100 metre walk and short ski. This recently refurbished apartment
has recently been classified as ‘luxurious’ by the Tignes Owner’s
project and may be found at the top of Grande Tichot B. It boasts
stunning views from its three balconies over Val Claret centre,
the lake and central Tignes. The central location also means that
it is minutes from the car parking, shops, restaurants, takeaways
and bars.
The beautifully
appointed apartment has four big square bedrooms served by a
good-sized hallway with boot storage, a large American Kitchen
Lounge Diner, a separate WC, bathroom and shower room. The main
double bedroom also has its own double shower for those who like
to share! The apartment covers 90 metres square in all – large by
French standards. As a consequence it is ideal for two families or
parties of 8 or more who like a bit of space to relax.
The kitchen is fully
furnished with dishwasher, washer dryer, hob, microwave and oven.
There is a plentiful supply of crockery, glasses, utensils and
cooking equipment. The dining table will seat a large party (10+)
and the lounge includes a real fire, flat screen TV, Sky and a
CD/DVD player. A selection of books, games and DVDs are included
for your enjoyment.
The main bedroom is
a double with en-suite shower and WHB, the second bedroom has two
singles one of which make into a double and the two further
bedrooms each have two bunk beds. Wardrobes, a tallboy, wall hooks
and under-bed draws provide ample storage. Bed linen is provided
to save on luggage space although you do need to bring your own
bath towels. The settee makes into a comfy double bed if you get
bored of listening to your partner snore the night away or for the
bigger parties. A ski locker in the communal area will take all
your skis.
