Apartment location
The Roches Rouges building is ideally located; a two minute walk from the bars and restaurants of Le Lavachet and five minutes from the amenities of Le Lac. Access to the slopes could hardly be easier, just across the road and you’re there, a 30 second ski to the Lavachet lifts of Le Paquis and Chaudannes. These lifts allow access to all ski areas around Tignes. If you’re aiming to start from elsewhere the building is also perfectly placed on the free 24hr bus route. The Apartment is located on the top floor and has a large south and west facing balcony with stunning views of the Grande Motte. The other end of the apartment has a smaller north and east facing balcony looking down into Le Lavachet centre with a back drop of the iconic Grande Sassiere.

Apartment description
As you enter the apartment there is a bedroom in front of you across the hallway. This has one bunkbed and a separate single bed this room also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/toilet/sink and a balcony with views over Le Lavachet. In the hallway there are large cupboards with ample storage and two fold down single beds. Moving through there is a kitchen on your right hand side which overlooks the dining area, where there is plenty of room to sit down to a good feed after a hard day. Past this is the sitting area, perfect for relaxing and watching a dvd or taking in the stunning views. This also has a pull out bed. Next to the sitting area is a double room with access to the south facing balcony. There is another bathroom with bath/shower and sink with a separate toilet next door.

Apartment Amenities
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary modern conveniences including oven, hobs, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player in the lounge. A ski locker on the ground floor ensures no lugging of skis up the stairs.

Note: This apartment is being sold Saturday to Saturday until 04 Feb. From 12 Feb it will be Sunday to Sunday.

 

Booking Process 2016 / 2017 Season
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking and then the balance payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. Deposit payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Cheque or Credit/Debit card. (note: there is a 3.4% charge for debit/credit cards, hence we suggest payment by Bank Transfer)
